Join Lady Marilyn and I for an "Adventure in the Rockies" at the 77th Annual International Convention of the IALOH.
Meet us at the DoubleTree Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO for the time of your lives.
Join in the tour taking you up to Cripple Creek, CO where you can pan for gold, ride the historic train or go gambling. Or take the one and only "Cog Train" to the top of "Pike's Peak" for a breathtaking look at Colorado.
Our convention will be an experience you will not soon forget:
--a memorial service at the spectacular Air Force Academy Chapel,
--you will be surprised and excited at the grand opening session on Thursday morning,
--you will be amazed at the patriotic show put on by the World Famous Al Kaly Shrine Mule Train,
--you'll get all "dolled" up for the spectacular Ladies Luncheon, --the Men's Luncheon will be an out of house experience.
We are dedicating this convention to all our World War II veterans and welcoming them and you to a night at "The Hollywood Canteen". In 1942 Bette Davis and John Garfield founded a club offering food and entertainment to American servicemen on their way overseas. Join us as we turn back the clock to April 24, 1945 at "the Hollywood Canteen". Put on your Zoot Suit or best military uniform and see what all the best dressed servicemen and their ladies were wearing in 1945. The entertainment will get you "In The Mood."
